Google Fonts is one of my favorite locations to get fonts. It’s an online font library where you may search for and download a font you want to use, then install it on Windows to make it available for usage in Microsoft Word.

How To Download New Cursive Fonts For Microsoft Word

Fonts can be found in a variety of places on the internet. Some of them are free, while others are for a fee.

Google Fonts is my personal favorite. The methods below show you how to find a cursive font, download it, and install it in Windows 10.

Step 1: Go to https://fonts.google.com/ to access Google Fonts.

Step 2: In the search field at the top of the window, type a search word, then hit Enter. Note that searching for “cursive” will provide few results; instead, try searching for “script” or “handwriting.”

Step 3: Select a font that appeals to you.

Step 4: At the top-right of the window, select the Download family option.

Step 5: Save the downloaded zip file to a spot on your computer.

If you already have Microsoft Word open and don’t see the font you just installed, you may need to close it and reopen it to view the new font.

If you’ve ever needed to type in small capital letters in Microsoft Word but couldn’t find a suitable solution, learn how to do so.
